Submission of online registration form constitutes acceptance of the relevant course fees and adherence to the below terms and conditions.
You may send a substitute delegate in your place. (Please inform us of the new name for the certificate no later than 3 days before the course)
You may cancel your registration, in writing, up to 10 working days before the course takes place, however, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied. Cancellations inside of 10 days will be liable for the full fee.
MySME ToolsTraining reserves the right to change the date or cancel a course without liability.
Unfortunately, no refund or credit can be given to delegates who do not attend without giving prior notice.
Delegates may transfer their registration to a different course within 6 months of the original event; subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This option may only exercised when request for transfer happens no later than 10 working days before course commences.
Please note, payment, or proof thereof must be received by no later than close of business, 5 business days before the course commences. Delegates will not be permitted entry unless payment has been made in full.
For all international bookings, MySME Tools Training requires payment in full, 2 calendar weeks before the course commences.
For all onsite training bookings, 4 weeks’ notice is required if dates are to be changed or the event is to be cancelled. Any booking amendments in under 4 weeks until the training event will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Any amendments or cancellation within 1 week of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
